The Williamsburg Works Job Training Center, Brooklyn, NY
A total gut interior renovation of an 8,300 sq. ft. commercial office space for use as an adult job training center for the non-profit St. Nick’s Alliance.

Center for Economic Opportunity Job Training Center, Bronx NY
Interior build out of a 2,500 sq. ft. commercial shell space for use as a job training center for the nonprofit Center for Employment Opportunity.

The Red Devon Restaurant, Bangall, NY

St. John the Wonder Worker Church, Classroom Addition, Atlanta, GA
3,150 sq. ft. addition to a Greek Orthodox church for use as a home schooling resource center.

Multi Family and Affordable Housing Projects

270 Pulaski Street, Brooklyn, NY.
Renovation of a 77,000 sq. ft. 66-unit HUD-sponsored affordable housing project constructed in 1974. Renovation goals include reducing energy consumption by at least 50% by adding insulation and upgrading lighting and mechanical equipment. The client is the nonprofit developer St. Nick’s Alliance.

365 Jay Street, the former Brooklyn Fire Department Headquarters. Brooklyn, NY
Renovation of a 23,000 sq. ft. structure containing 18 units of affordable housing plus ground floor retail. Built in 1888 and designed by Brooklyn Architect Frank Freeman, the building is both an NYC and a national registered historic landmark. The client is the nonprofit developer Pratt Area Community Council.

Complete renovation of a circa 1920 row house converted to 5 units as part of the NYC Housing Preservation and Development's Third Party Transfer Program. The client is the nonprofit developer Pratt Area Community Council.

Master Plan for Hope VI Redevelopment of Charles Terrace Housing Project, Detroit, MI
Master plan to demolish 25-acre housing project and replace it with mixed-income single and multi-family housing. Prepared for Hope VI Solutions as part of HUD grant application.

Affordable house built with volunteer labor. The architect donated his time for the design and construction of the project.

Preparation of a master plan for the 5-acre residence and school compound for an orphanage. The architect donated his time and travel expenses for the project.
