This project completely renovates the interior of an 1,180 sq. ft. co-op apartment in a previously converted 1920's era historic landmark office building. The main living space is designed to be flexible in layout. The painting studio can expand when in use, then retract when additional living space is required for socializing, etc. The design attempts to recreate the industrial loft-like feel of the original space.
