This project builds out an 8,216 sq. ft. leased office space on the second floor of a new construction mixed use building. It provides office space for two separate non profit tenants.
Although on a tight budget, the project incorporates a number of green features, including, recycled content ceiling tiles, all VOC free interior finishes. Multi-zone split system heat pumps provide very high efficiency space conditioning with individual controls to all spaces. All lights are high efficiency at 1 watt/sf total load and are controlled by occupancy sensors.
