These two duplex houses were built on an infill lot in Candler Park, a turn of the century, in-town neighborhood. Each of the four units measures 1,640 gross square feet and comprises three bedrooms and two baths. Two units have full basements and two-car garages. The design combines modern open plans with historic scale and detailing compatible with the neighboring Arts and Crafts bungalows. The interior incorporates several salvaged antique finishes.
